A simple process to preserve your tapes and deliver easy-to-share MP4 files.

The 3 steps

Start your order

Fill out the order form so I know what you’re sending and how you want delivery.

Drop off or mail in your tapes

I’ll confirm details and send clear drop-off or shipping instructions.

Receive your MP4 files + originals returned

You’ll get a shareable Google Drive link (free for 60 days). USB, DVD copies, and lifetime cloud storage are available as add-ons. Originals are returned unless you request otherwise.

Turnaround

Local drop-off: 3–7 days
Mail-in: about 2 weeks

Good to know

  • No charge for blank or unplayable tapes

  • Digital backups are kept for 30 days after delivery

  • Refunds are only issued if there is a problem on Love Legacy Transfers’ end
