Simple pricing. No charge for blank or unplayable tapes. Originals returned unless you request otherwise.

VHS to Digital (MP4)

$20 per tape (up to 2 hours)
$5 per additional hour beyond 2 hours

Includes:

  • MP4 digital files

  • Shareable Google Drive link free for 60 days

  • Originals returned

  • No charge for blank/unplayable tapes

Add-ons and delivery

  • Google Drive link: included free for 60 days

  • Annual cloud storage upgrade: $30

  • Extra USB flash drive: $10 each

  • DVD copy: $10 per disc (about 2 hours per disc)

  • Additional disc needed for the same tape: $5 per extra disc

  • Prepaid return shipping label: $10 (USPS tracking)

Policies

  • Digital backups kept for 30 days after delivery

  • Refunds only if there is a problem on my end

  • You only pay for footage that can be captured successfully

Turnaround

  • Local drop-off: 3–7 days

  • Mail-in orders: about 2 weeks
