Blank or unplayable tapes are never charged. Final billing is calculated after transfer and quality checking.

When do I pay?
After transfer and quality checking, I calculate the final bill and send a Stripe invoice. Files and originals are released after payment.
What if a tape is blank or will not play?
You are not charged for blank or unplayable tapes.
How do I receive my videos?
Google Drive delivery is included for 60 days. USB flash drives and DVD output copies are available.
Do I get my original tapes back?
Yes. Original tapes are returned with your completed order.
How long does it take?
Most local orders take 3–7 days. Mail-in orders generally take about two weeks.
