How Your Tapes Are Transferred
A clear seven-step process for local and mail-in orders.
Drop off or mail your tapes
Local appointments are arranged in York. Mail-in customers receive packing and mailing instructions.
Receipt and organization
I confirm arrival and keep the media organized with your order.
Transfer and quality check
I transfer playable recordings into MP4 files and check the completed files. Blank or unplayable tapes are not charged.
Final invoice
I calculate successful transfers, extra recording time, chosen add-ons and applicable shipping, then send a Stripe invoice.
Payment
Pay using the secure options shown on the Stripe invoice.
Delivery and return
After payment, I release your digital files and return your original tapes. Google Drive access is included for 60 days.
