Love Legacy Transfers LLC collects only the information needed to communicate with you, process your order, invoice you, deliver your digital files and return your original media.

Information Collected

The order form may collect your name, phone number, email address, mailing information, tape details, delivery choices and other information you voluntarily provide about your order.

How Information Is Used

• Communicate about your order
• Arrange local drop-off or mail-in service
• Transfer, label and deliver your videos
• Calculate and invoice the final amount
• Return original media
• Maintain necessary business records

Service Providers

Love Legacy Transfers currently uses Google Forms for intake, Google Drive for digital delivery and Stripe for invoicing and payment processing. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies.

Customer Video Files

Customer videos are accessed only as needed to transfer, quality check, organize and deliver the order. Standard Google Drive delivery is available for 60 days. Customers should download and save their files during that period.

Sharing

Love Legacy Transfers does not sell customer personal information or family videos. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to complete the requested service or when required by law.
